Jason Brock's Hippie Herps is owned and operated by Jason Brock. All animals are bred here at my facility, unless otherwise stated, and are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding well, sexed properly, and even better looking than pictured. I stand behind my animals and will be there for you after the sale with any husbandry information or backup support you may need. Whether you're a breeder looking for some new bloodlines or someone just looking for a great looking pet, you've come to the right place.

Guarantees

All animals will be honestly represented, healthy, feeding and correctly sexed, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and we will gladly replace the animal or refund your money, less shipping costs.
Live arrival and your complete satisfaction are guaranteed.

Payments

All orders must be prepaid before shipping. We accept US Postal Money Orders, Paypal, and personal or business checks (must clear first). Shipping costs will be included in invoice and are due at the time of payment. Please include all shipping information with payment including full name, address, phone number, and email address.

Deposits

I will accept a 25% deposit to hold an animal for two weeks. Deposits are non-refundable. If after two weeks the animal has not been paid for in full or we have not worked out other arrangements, you forfeit your deposit. I will work with you on this, so please make the other arrangements. Deposits not accepted on "Special Sale" animals.

Shipping

All animals are shipped in a brand new Styrofoam insert box. Animals are shipped via UPS Overnight Express door to door, for $50; box charge is included in pricing. Some orders may be held back if I feel it is too hot or cold to ship. If you decide we should ship anyway, guarantees no longer apply.
We will contact you in person before shipping live animals.
Dry goods are shipped via UPS Ground Service; rates vary depending on weight and destination. Please email for exact shipping rates on dry goods.
